You have to try it, cause I think nobody here bought a mac where he installed windows and then tried to play TM..
I don't ask why you want a Mac (with Windows ), but here is something that might be useful for you:

With Boot Camp you'll be able to install Windows on your Mac. You install Windows like a 2nd operating system on your computer (on your hard drive) and have to choose at the start which one you want to use.

Other options are software emulations or virtual machines: This software just simulate the Windows operation system, so it runs as an application beneath your normal Mac-OS. So you can switch very quickly to the other OS.
BUT: I would NOT recommend these software emulations for games because I tried it on my PC and some games detect this software as a virtual machine, and then the game won't start
